Do the codes/keys in the Jingle Jam 2025 Collection expire?  
Yes! All items in the Jingle Jam 2025 Collection may expire if not redeemed before 1 January 2026. Jingle Jam, Tiltify, and the charities (organizations) involved in the event are not liable to replace any expired keys. 
This is a donation reward, NOT a purchase. 

Are there a limited number of Jingle Jam 2025 Game Collections?

 Yes.  Rewards are limited to the first 100,000 eligible donations (at least £35/about $41 USD in a single donation with the reward selected)- so don’t delay!

How can I receive more than one Jingle Jam 2025 Collection?

Only two Jingle Jam Collection rewards can be added to your cart per eligible transaction (at least £70/about $88 USD in a single transaction in addition to selecting 2 of the reward). If you wish to have more, you will need to make an additional eligible donation to receive another collection.

Fundraising with Jingle Jam 2025 

I want to do more than just donate; can I fundraise alongside the Jingle Jam event? 
A resounding YES! Just like last year you can create a fundraising campaign, raise funds for any one of the charities benefiting from Jingle Jam 2025, and even offer the Game Collection as a reward.   

Just follow this guide from the Jingle Jam team to get started streaming for charity!  

Jingle Jam 2025 Game Collection rewards must be selected by the fundraiser as an incentive and are sent directly to the donor via the email they provided during the donation transaction (donor is responsible for verifying their correct email address) if they (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) between 1-14 December and (b) ensure the reward is selected during the donation process. 
 
!!!PLEASE NOTE!!!  
 When Jingle Jam runs out of their Game Collection, you also will not be able to have this as a reward for your donors.  
 

Can I select a particular charity to support?   

Yes! You will select the charity to support during your campaign creation process. If you do not select a particular charity, don't worry, the funds raised will be evenly distributed to the 2025 charities/organizations listed above.

Is there an overlay I can use for my stream? 

You can customize your own overlay on your campaign dashboard! Here is a video to help! 

Is a custom Jingle Jam overlay available? 

YES! Let everyone know you are supporting Jingle Jam with your overlay! After you create your campaign, head to the top right of the top navigation of your Campaign Dashboard, you will see the Overlay tab - click it! 
 
1.) From the overlay editor, select "Add Widget" and then select the "Jingle Jam" Progress Bar overlay or the "Jingle Jam" Alert over. These overlays are custom-made for the event, with animations and images specific to Jingle Jam! 
 

You can edit your overlay widgets to display donation alerts, rewards, polls, and more. Take a look at the quick start guide for overlays here!

2.) Once you have it to your liking, you will have to use a Browser/Webpage capture in order to use them! Getting it ready to go is as simple as the click of a button! 

•You can rename your overlay if you have made any edits to it. 

•If you make any changes to the overlay, you will click “save changes” to save them. This will reflect on the live overlay when updated. 

•If you want to run a test while editing, click the “test donation” button. Make sure those changes are as awesome as you want them to be! 

•When you’re satisfied and it’s saved, click the “copy overlay URL” and, using your favorite streaming software, put the overlay as a browser source.

About the charities in Jingle Jam 2025 

Is there a place where I can get facts, more about what the charity does, and other assets? 

We have a toolkit with all the information you need in one place! 

How are donations being collected and distributed? 

All donations go directly to the Jingle Jam Foundation (see above) via Tiltify, and the funds will be sent to the charities following the event. 

Donation Questions:

Can I donate to another fundraiser supporting Jingle Jam and receive the reward (Games Collection)?

YES! 

You need to (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) in a single transaction and (b) ensure that the reward is selected during the donation process. If a reward is not available on the supporting fundraiser's campaign, then they have not activated this option! 

If you donate less than the aforementioned amount or do not check to ensure that you have selected the reward, this cannot be changed or adjusted after the donation has been made, resulting in a Jingle Jam 2025 Game Collection NOT being issued. 

Please check your donation prior to finalizing your donation transaction as a donation cannot be changed once processed. 

**NOTE** During the donation process, prior to confirming the transaction, you are given an opportunity to double-check the transaction. 

You will be prompted to confirm:

• the donation amount 
• the email address used to receive the reward (and donation receipt) 
• if the donation reward is selected 

If you are unsure of any of the above, please back out of the transaction and correct your mistakes BEFORE you confirm and make the donation.

I made an account after I made a donation, can I claim a donation?

YES! You can connect those donations made when you weren’t logged in to your Tiltify account! You can use the donation reclaim tool to reclaim donations, and even alternate email addresses you may have! You can only reclaim donations under one email address per day. 

Reclaiming donations

1. Go to your user dashboard
2. Go to “My account”
3. Select “Donations”
4. On the left, select “Reclaim donations”
5. Enter the email address for the donations you wish to reclaim and click “reclaim donations”
6. Go to the email account that was entered and follow the prompts.

When donating, I did NOT:

• Donate the correct amount to be eligible for the reward
• Make sure that the reward was selected
• Input the correct amount of the donation (thereby being less than the required amount)
• Use the correct email during the donation process
• Donate between December 1 (starting at 5pm GMT) and December 15, 2025 (ending 07:59 AM GMT)

You need to (a) donate at least £35 (around $44) in a single transaction and (b) ensure that the reward is selected during the donation process. If you donate less than the aforementioned amount or do not check to ensure that you have selected the reward, this cannot be changed or adjusted after the donation has been made, resulting in a Jingle Jam 2025 Game Collection NOT being issued.

What to do if I have not received my Games Collection after trying everything?

If you have donated £35 or more but NOT received your Games Collection, PLEASE DO NOT WORRY! Everyone who has donated £35 WILL get the games (even if we have to manually send you a set)!

Please do not open a dispute or request a refund in Paypal or Stripe.  This costs us extra money in fees and should only be used if the donation has been made in error.

If you do not have your games yet, here’s what to do:

1. Check your spam and junk folders and promotions category in your mailbox. The email with game keys will be sent from 'noreply@tiltify.com'. Loads of people find this quickly solves the problem!

2. Check any other email addresses you have (and their spam folders too) - you’ll be surprised how many people each year use an alternative email address by mistake (or maybe your Tiltify account is with an old email address).

3. If the above doesn’t work, you can instead access the game codes via your Tiltify account. Simply login to Tiltify, go to ‘My Account’, then ‘Transactions’ and then click on the relevant donation (the one for £35 or more) - and the game codes will show up to the right of the screen.

In 2024, 99% of cases of donors not receiving games were solved by one of the above steps!

4. If none of these work, please email us at contact@jinglejam.co.uk saying you donated £35 or more but did not get the games, and confirm the email address you used (Stripe/Paypal screenshots are welcome but not essential). We will check in the system for you, and assuming it’s all correct, we will send you your set of codes manually.
