In order to complete a request for right to erasure, you must log in to your Tiltify account and make the request via our integrated ticketing system so we can verify your ownership of the account. You can find the integrated ticketing system by clicking the Support Center option in the My Hub section of your Tiltify account. If you do not have a Tiltify account, you may submit the request from our ticketing system at https://info.tiltify.com and enter the email address you used when donating. There will be a follow up request to verify your identity sent to the email you submitted in the support ticket.
