Campaign roles allow fundraisers to invite trusted users to help manage their campaign. These roles can be assigned to Individual Campaigns and Teams Lite campaigns. This feature provides specific campaign management tools without giving users access to the fundraiser’s account.
Managing Campaign Roles
To manage campaign roles:
- Open your campaign dashboard.
- Navigate to the Roles section.
- Select Invite User.
- Enter the user’s email address and select the role you would like to assign.
Available roles include:

- Incentive Manager: Helps manage campaign incentives and rewards.
- Moderator: Helps manage campaign activity and interactions.
Active Users
The Active tab displays users who currently have access to the campaign. This displays the member's email address, their username, and the assigned role.
Select the […] menu next to a member to:
- Edit their role
- Remove the user from the campaign
Pending Users
The Pending tab displays users who have been invited but have not yet accepted access.
Revoked Users
The Revoked tab displays users whose campaign access has been revoked.
Inactive Users
The Inactive tab displays users who are no longer active on the campaign.
Campaign Roles vs. Team Roles
Campaign roles control what a user can do within a specific campaign.
Managed Team roles control access to the overall Managed Team, including team members and team settings.
Conclusion
Campaign roles make it easy to share campaign responsibilities with trusted users while keeping account access secure.
