Welcome to the Thankmas 2023 FAQ section.
What is Thankmas?
Each year, Thankmas brings together communities, streamers, content creators, and celebrities across a range of platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Facebook. Throughout the month long campaign in December, participants will harness the collective power of their online communities to raise funds. Jacksepticeye will anchor the effort by hosting a live stream with exclusive content, audience interaction, and fun collaborations with his network of creators and celebrities.
WCK was founded in 2010 by Chef José Andrés - and since then has provided more than 200 million meals around the world to people impacted by natural disasters, humanitarian disasters, and other crises.
When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes with the urgency of now to start cooking and serving meals to people in need. By partnering with organizations on the ground and activating a network of local restaurants, food trucks, or emergency kitchens, WCK serves comforting meals to survivors of disasters quickly and effectively. To support regional economies, WCK prioritizes purchasing local ingredients to cook with or distribute directly to families in need.

You can unlock these amazing rewards for your fundraising efforts. If you have not already, create and publish a Thankmas campaign and encourage your friends, family, and community to donate to earn these items!
Tier 1: raise at least $50 > Thankmas/WCK Sticker Set
Tier 2: raise at least $250 > Thankmas/WCK Measuring Spoons and Salt Box
Tier 3: raise at least $500 > Thankmas/WCK Tea Towel and Pot Holder
Tier 4: raise at least $1,000 > Thankmas/WCK Desk mat and Power Standing charger

Eligibility and how to claim your rewards:
If you created a Tiltify Thankmas campaign and raised the amounts mentioned above, you will be eligible to receive the corresponding tiers. For example, raising $500 would make you eligible for Tier 1, 2, and 3 rewards! The more you raise, the more you unlock! These rewards are available on a per-campaign basis, with one reward, per tier per campaign being distributed.
How you will claim your rewards! An email will be sent to those who have unlocked rewards in January 2024 to opt-in and confirm their shipping address.
When can I expect these rewards to be delivered?

Is there a special overlay I can use for my stream?
A custom #Thankmas overlay will be available in your Tiltify campaign dashboard by November 22, 2023! You can edit your overlay widgets to display donation alerts, rewards, polls, and more. Take a look at the quick start guide for overlays here!
How are donations being collected and distributed?
All donations go directly to World Central Kitchen via Tiltify.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes, all donations are collected through the World Central Kitchen via a fundraising campaign on Tiltify. World Central Kitchen is a registered U.S. 501(c)(3). You will be provided a tax receipt directly from the payment provider (PayPal or Stripe) following your donation. If you use a PayPal account, you may also find your receipt in your account.
