This article will outline the Fundraiser Dashboard: My Hub! Whether you are a first-time user or a seasoned Tiltify veteran, there are various functions within the User Dashboard that you will likely use throughout your fundraising career.

Overview of Dashboard (My Hub)

With time comes change, and the User Dashboard has said “New Year, New Me!” Even our most seasoned of fundraisers will want to see just how the User Dashboard has been updated! We’ll hit the highlights here, then break specific sections down in their own article!


(1) Top Navigation


At the top right corner of the dashboard are a notification bell and navigation dropdown menu. The notification bell will let you know when you have any messages sent through the Tiltify messaging center. These can be sent by either organization you may be supporting or by Tiltify!

The navigation dropdown menu a way to switching between section of your user dashboard. This menu will be available anywhere you are in the dashboard.

(2) Profile Navigation


Here is where you have control of your profile. You can easily navigate your live profile or edit your public facing profile from here. (Side note: Clicking the Tiltify button in the upper left corner in your dashboard takes you back to My Hub.)

(3) Side Navigation


On the left side of My Hub, there are quick links to various places in the user dashboard. These are some of the major areas that can be accessed quickly when first entering your user dashboard.

(4) Summary


The summary will give your overall stats on Tiltify! This will show your total raised, how many campaigns you’ve done, and your average raised per fundraiser. Additionally, this will display any of the latest message you may have received from organization you may be supporting or by Tiltify!

(5) Campaign/Team overview


 

The latest individual campaigns you’ve created and latest team activity for teams you have membership with are displayed here. Please note with the team activity it is for ANY team you are a member of, not just teams you have created. There is navigation to see all individual campaigns you have created and to see all the teams you have joined. If you wish to create a new individual campaign or create a new team, options are available at the bottom of their respective section.
