On Tiltify, there are two ways to collaborate and track group impact: Managed Teams and Teams Lite. Both let multiple fundraisers rally together, but they work differently.
Choose the team type that fits your goal
Teams Lite
Best for: fast group fundraising with minimal setup.
Teams Lite is powered by supportable campaigns. One fundraiser creates a campaign and enables support, creating a Teams Lite profile for the campaign. Other fundraisers can then create their own campaigns and support that campaign, so everyone is connected under one umbrella.
What you get:
Fast setup
Grouped fundraising under one team page
A lightweight group structure for a specific effort
Important note: If you choose “Support another fundraiser or a team campaign” while creating your campaign, you won’t be offered the option to make your campaign supportable (because it’s already joining/supporting something else).
Managed Teams
Best for: ongoing communities with structure, leadership, and shared tools.
Managed Teams are built for groups that want long-term collaboration with oversight and coordination. Managed Teams can be public or private, support multiple managers with roles, and can share team-level tools (like incentives) across supporting campaigns
Any group of fundraisers that want to build an ongoing community for fundraising for any charity they choose. Managed Team Campaigns can be private or public, can have multiple managers with roles and can share incentives will all supporting campaigns.
Use Managed Teams when you need:
Structured leadership and oversight
Multiple managers and roles
A long-term community (not just a one-off effort)
