Wanting to set a fundraising goal or add milestones to your Tiltify Campaign? This article will explain how.

Setting Your Goal

  1. Navigate to the Setup tab on your Campaign Dashboard, then select the Goals & Milestones tab.
  2. Under Goal, enter the amount you're aiming to raise and click Update.


Auto-Increase Your Goal

Want your goal to keep climbing as your community keeps giving? Turn on Auto-increase to have your goal automatically raise itself once it's reached.

  1. Toggle Auto-increase to On.
  2. Enter an Increment amount — the amount your goal will go up by each time it's reached. (There's a minimum increment, shown on screen based on your current goal.)
  3. Optionally, set Max increases — the number of times your goal is allowed to auto-increase before it stops. Leave this field blank if you want your goal to increase continuously with no cap.
  4. Toggle Active to turn the feature on for your campaign.


Adding a Milestone

Milestones are markers, or sub-goals, that bring attention to certain points of progress on your fundraising journey. You can celebrate 50% of your goal by eating hot sauce or singing a show tune — or set milestones at multiple intervals so they act as stepping stones toward your ultimate goal! When fundraising as part of a charity's fundraising event, the charity may also provide optional milestones you can add to your campaign for extra impact.

Milestones can now unlock the next milestone (or other activities) automatically, based on real-time campaign activity — so hitting one milestone can trigger the next without you having to do anything manually.


  • From the Goals & Milestones tab, select Add a new milestone.
  • Under What will activate this milestone? (optional), choose a trigger:
    • Nothing — the milestone won't activate automatically; you'll switch it to Active yourself when you're ready.
    • My total amount raised — the milestone activates automatically once your total donations reach the milestone amount, and can unlock the next milestone or activity.
  • Enter a Name for the milestone.
  • Enter the amount the milestone should be set at.
  • Click Save changes (or Undo changes to discard).

View your Milestone(s)

Once you add milestones they will appear as bubbles in your donation bar on the campaign page where people can hover over and see - and the next milestone goal in particular will be shown right under that same donation bar.

Milestones are a great way to make the journey to your fundraising goal more engaging.  Remember to always have fun and only offer Milestones you are ready to complete because your community will surprise you!
