The Basics



This section is to help you with the absolute basics of using our website - including: creating an account or signing up with an existing platform (ie. Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, or Google+), your dashboard, and profile information. The dashboard, in particular, will be fairly important for your understanding as it is the central hub for all of the tools you will be using in any of your current and future campaigns on Tiltify.


Creating an account is fairly simple, especially if you decide to sign up using an existing platform, as you will be a couple clicks and a confirmation email away from starting to build your personal profile and your first campaign.


Once you navigate from the home page to the login screen by clicking the button in the top right-hand corner, you will be brought to the sign-up and login page. This is where you will choose to either sign-up using an existing platform or you can provide your email and password in a more traditional sense. In either case, you will receive a confirmation email to your provided address (or the email address tied to whichever platform you chose to sign-up with. Once that is confirmed, the functionality of your account will be activated! (If you already have an account, click the “already signed up?” hyperlink and sign-in accordingly).


The dashboard is the central hub for all of the tools Tiltify provides to assist in your charity fundraising! Along the left-hand side, you will see the following options:

  • New Campaign (allows you to start setting up a new charity campaign)

  • Campaigns (displays your previous and current campaigns, including how much you have raised in total - this is displayed by default upon logging in)

  • Teams (which refers to any charity fundraising teams you might be part of, which is typically used for large-scale online events)

  • Account (which allows you to update your public information and profile picture)

  • Support (which brings up a support window that will directly message our tech crew - you can also use the ? bubble in the bottom right of the tiltify home page if you have any issues)

  • Profile (which takes you to your public profile information)

  • Logout (which logs you out)
